Job Description
As a State Tested Nursing Assistant, you will be responsible for providing patient care services under the direction and supervision of a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse. This includes taking and recording vital signs, measuring and recording height and weight, intake, and output, as well as caring for the guests' environment, assisting with bathing, grooming, and toileting, and assisting with eating and hydration.
