State-Tested Nursing Assistant Opportunity
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated State-Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) to join our team at The Laurels of Defiance. As an STNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our guests under the direction and supervision of a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse.
Responsibilities:
- Care for guests' environment, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met
- Observe guests' skin when administering care and report any changes to a licensed nurse, providing skin care as needed
- Meet guests' mental health and social service needs, promoting their overall well-being
Requirements:
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
