**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, and possess a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.
**Responsibilities**
The LPN will plan, coordinate, provide, and manage nursing care services and health education to our guests. This will include supervising the care provided by Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA)/State-Tested Nursing Assistants (STNA) and other team members, assessing the health of guests, notifying physicians of changes in status, and selecting and instituting appropriate nursing interventions to stabilize guest conditions.
**Requirements**
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- #1-3 years of experience in a long-term care setting preferred
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure in the state
