Job Responsibilities
As a Registered Nurse at The Laurels of DeKalb, you will plan, coordinate, provide, and manage nursing care, services, and health education for our nursing home guests. You will supervise the care provided by LPNs, CNAs/STNAs, and other team members, assess guest health, notify physicians of changes in status, and develop care plans based on assessments.
You will select and implement appropriate nursing interventions to stabilize guest conditions and prevent complications. Additionally, you will contribute to guest assessments and the development of care plans.
