As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will play a critical role in achieving this mission by providing high-quality nursing care to our guests and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assessing the health status of our guests, identifying needs, and developing individualized care plans.
- Providing safe and accurate medication-related interventions, supervising the care/services provided by Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA)/State-Tested Nursing Assistants (STNA) and other team members who care for guests.
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care, contributing to the guests assessment (MDS/CAAs), and the development of a plan of care.

Requirements: Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure in the state, CPR certification, and one to three years of experience in a long-term care setting preferred.
