About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
">- Develop and implement plans of care based on assessment, ensuring safe and accurate medication-related interventions for guests.
- Supervise LPNs, CNAs/STNAs, and other team members who care for guests, promoting a collaborative environment.
- Assess guest health and notify physicians of changes in status, implementing new orders promptly.
- Contribute to guest assessments (MDS/CAAs) and plan of care development, prioritizing guest-centered care.
Qualifications:
">- 1-3 years of experience in long-term care is preferred, but not required.
- CPR certification and current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state are essential.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
