**Job Title:** Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at The Laurels of Fulton. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality nursing care to our guests, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
About the Role:
As a nurse with The Laurels of Fulton, you will work in a dynamic and supportive environment, caring for guests with a range of healthcare needs. Your responsibilities will include:
- Planning, coordinating, and providing nursing care services to our guests
- Servicing the health education needs of our guests and their families
- Supervising the care provided by Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA)/State-Tested Nursing Assistants (STNA) and other team members who care for guests
- Assessing the health of our guests and notifying physicians of changes in status
- Selecting and implementing appropriate nursing interventions to stabilize a guest's condition and/or prevent complications
- Contributing to the development of a plan of care through collaboration with our interdisciplinary team
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- 1-3 years of experience in a long-term care setting preferred
- A valid LPN license in the state of practice
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- A commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centered care
