Nursing Care Specialist
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Nursing Care Specialist to join our team at Laurel Health Care Company. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will provide exceptional care to our guests in a long-term care setting.
About the Role:
- Provide skilled nursing services and health education to guests
- Supervise caregivers provided by Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), State-Tested Nursing Assistants (STNA), and other team members
- Assess guest health and notify physicians of changes in status
- Select and institute appropriate nursing interventions to stabilize guests' conditions
- Contribute to guests' assessments and development of care plans
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in a long-term care setting preferred
