Lead Guest Care
We are seeking a skilled Guest Care Director to join our team. As a leader in our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality guest care.
Responsibilities
- Supervise nursing care provided by RNs, LPNs, CNAs and others
- Review and implement nursing procedures and systems to ensure high-quality guest care
- Contribute to guest assessments (MDS/CAAs) and development of plan of care
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Current CPR certification
- Additional certification in a nursing specialty desired
- Management or supervisor experience in long-term care or geriatric nursing preferred
