Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate nursing care provided by RNs, LPNs, and CNAs.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure quality care.
- Assess and evaluate resident care and staff performance.
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve goals and objectives.
Qualifications
- Current state license to practice as a nurse.
- Current CPR certification and additional certifications in nursing specialties desired.
- Experience in long-term care or geriatric nursing preferred.
