- Interviewing, hiring, and training social workers
- Planning, assigning, and directing work
- Preparing work assignment sheets
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work and one year of supervised social work experience working directly with individuals in a healthcare setting. A Master's Degree is preferred, as is current licensure as a social worker in the state.
