Responsibilities:
- Supervise social workers and guide facility staff on residency advocacy and resident rights promotion
- Carry out supervisory responsibilities according to organizational policies and applicable laws
- Interview, hire, and train social workers
- Plan, assign, and direct work
- Prepare work assignment sheets
- Exercise independent judgment and discretion
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Social Work (Master's preferred)
- One year of supervised social work experience in a healthcare setting
Certifications/Licenses:
- Current Social Work license in the state
