">We are currently seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a leader in nursing services. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and providing high-quality nursing care to our guests, while also supervising and mentoring our LPNs, CNAs/STNAs, and other team members.
">- You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that cater to the unique needs and preferences of our guests.
- You will maintain open lines of communication with our guests, their families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless coordination of care.
- You will lead by example, demonstrating exceptional clinical skills, empathy, and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.
