State-Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated State-Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) to join our team at The Laurels of Hamilton. As an STNA, you will have the opportunity to make a lasting impact on our guests' lives by providing exceptional care and support.
Responsibilities:
- Taking and recording vital signs
- Measuring and recording height and weight, intake and output
- Caring for the guests' environment
- Assisting with bathing, grooming, and toileting
- Assisting with eating and hydration
- Observing guests' skin when administering care and reporting changes to licensed nurse; providing skin care as needed
- Meeting guests' mental health and social service needs
Qualifications:
- High school graduate/GED
- STNA certification REQUIRED
