About the Role

- Responsibilities include coordinating nursing care, providing safe and accurate medication-related interventions, assessing resident health, and developing plans of care.
Requirements
- We prefer candidates with 2 years' experience in a long-term care setting.
- Certifications in nursing specialties are highly desirable.
