Responsibilities:
- Take and record vital signs for our guests.
- Measure and document height, weight, intake, and output.
- Care for the cleanliness and comfort of our guests' environment.
- Assist with bathing, grooming, toileting, eating, and hydration.
- Observe skin changes and report them to licensed nurses; provide skin care as needed.
- Meet guests' mental health and social service needs.
Requirements:
- High school graduate or equivalent required.
- State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) license is mandatory.
