Job Description
As a Registered Nurse at The Laurels of Hillsboro, you will plan, coordinate, provide, and manage nursing care, services, and health education to our guests. You will supervise the care provided by LPNs, CNAs/STNAs, and other team members. Your role will involve assessing guest health, notifying physicians of changes in status, and developing plans of care based on assessments. You will also contribute to guest assessments and the development of care plans.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in a long-term care setting
