The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at The Laurels of Hillsboro is responsible for planning, coordinating, providing, and managing nursing care services and health education to our guests. Key responsibilities include supervising Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA)/State-Tested Nursing Assistants (STNA) and other team members who care for guests, assessing guest health, notifying physicians of changes in status, and selecting appropriate nursing interventions to stabilize guest conditions or prevent complications.
Estimated Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
