Job Title: Skilled Nursing Care Provider
Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year.

As a skilled nursing care provider, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to our residents and working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to achieve the best possible outcomes.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and provide nursing care services to meet the unique needs of our guests.
- Supervise and guide LPNs, CNAs/STNAs, and other team members who care for guests.
- Administer safe and accurate medication-related interventions to guests.
- Conduct regular assessments of guest health and notify physicians of changes in status; promptly implement new orders.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in a long-term care setting preferred.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state.
- CPR certification.
