The Laurels of Hillsboro is seeking a compassionate and patient Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. In this role, you will work as part of a team providing skilled nursing and short-term rehabilitation care to our valued guests.
Responsibilities
As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), your duties will include:
- Planning, coordinating, providing, and managing nursing care services and health education to nursing home guests.
- Supervising the care/services provided by Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA)/State-Tested Nursing Assistants (STNA) and other team members.
- Providing safe and accurate medication-related interventions to guests.
- Assessing the health of guests and notifying the physician of changes in status.
