Job Description

The Care Scheduling Specialist will play a critical role in ensuring that our nursing department has the necessary resources to provide excellent care to our residents. Key responsibilities include:

  • Scheduling nursing staff to meet state-mandated staffing requirements.
  • Monitoring overtime and adjusting schedules as needed.
  • Reviewing and maintaining accurate roster sheets.
  • Analyzing time clock punches to optimize staffing.

Required Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • STNA certification or exemption.
