An experienced STNA seeking a new challenge can excel in this role, providing staffing and scheduling for the nursing staff to ensure high-quality care is delivered at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with nursing leadership to understand staffing requirements and communicate with nurses to facilitate scheduling.
- Prepare schedules for the nursing department, ensuring state-mandated staffing ratios are maintained.
- Maintain daily roster sheets and review previous day's time clock punches with schedules.
