Your Role as LPN
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for planning, coordinating, providing and managing nursing care services and health education to our nursing home guests.
- Supervise the care provided by Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA)/State-Tested Nursing Assistants (STNA) and other team members who care for guests
- Ensure safe and accurate medication-related interventions for our guests
- Assess the health of our guests and promptly notify the physician of any changes in status
- Develop and implement effective nursing interventions to stabilize a guest's condition and prevent complications
- Contribute to the guest's assessment and development of a personalized plan of care
Your Qualifications
We are seeking a qualified LPN with:
- 1-3 years of experience in a long-term care setting preferred
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure in the state
- CPR certification
