Nursing Leadership Role at The Laurels of Hudsonville
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Shift Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, overseeing the delivery of high-quality care to our residents.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, and Certified Nursing Assistants
- Review and implement nursing procedures and systems
- Assess and evaluate quality of care and performance of staff
- Contribute to resident assessments and development of care plans
- Evaluate resident responses to nursing interventions
Requirements:
- Current RN License
- CPR certification
- Experience in long-term care or geriatric nursing (desirable)
