About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Business Office Manager to join our team. Key responsibilities include:
Core Responsibilities
- Managing facility accounts receivable system
- Recording daily collections and deposits
- Maintaining effective communication with patients, family members, and payers
- Generating timely billing for all payer classes
Key Performance Indicators
- Reviewing Medicare, Managed Care, Medicare Advantage, and Medicaid claims
- Processing Resident Trust accounts and bank reconciliation
- Handling Medicaid applications
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- Some college or technical training preferred
- At least 3 years of experience in A/R capacity in long-term care setting
- Knowledge of PCC helpful
