Job Description
As a Registered Nurse with The Laurels of Kent Careers, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and providing high-quality nursing care to our guests. This includes:
- Supervising the care services provided by LPNs, CNAs/STNAs, and other team members
- Providing safe and accurate medication-related interventions
- Assessing the health of guests and notifying physicians of changes in status
You will also contribute to guest assessments and develop plans of care based on individual needs.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 1-3 years of experience in a long-term care setting
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state
- CPR certification or acceptable exemption
