Leadership Opportunity for RNs

As an RN Unit Manager, you will be responsible for providing, planning, coordinating, or managing nursing care and health education for our nursing home guests.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise nursing care provided by RNs, Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), and others.
- Review and implement all nursing procedures and systems.
- Assess and evaluate systems that facilitate quality guest care and staff performance.
- Use a systematic approach to provide individualized nursing care.
- Contribute to guest assessments (MDS/CAA's) and develop and implement plans of care.
- Evaluate guests' responses to nursing interventions.
- Understand medication and treatment rationales and administer as needed.
Requirements:
- Current state nursing licensure required.
- CPR certification and additional nursing specialty certification desired.
- Management or supervisor experience in long-term care or geriatric nursing preferred.
