Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at The Laurels of Kent. As an LPN, you will play a vital part in providing high-quality nursing care and short-term rehabilitation services to our valued guests.
You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional care and support, promoting dignity, respect, and compassion for all our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate care services provided by Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA)/State-Tested Nursing Assistants (STNA) and other team members.
- Conduct thorough assessments of guests' health and notify physicians of changes in status.
- Select and implement appropriate nursing interventions to stabilize guests' conditions and prevent complications.
- Contribute to guests' assessment and development of individualized care plans.
