Some responsibilities include : Take and recordvital signs.Measure and record height and weight, intake, andoutput.Care for the guests’ environment.Assist with bathing,grooming, and toileting.Assist with eating and hydration.Observeguests’ skin when administering care and report changes to alicensed nurse; provide skin care as needed.Meet guests’ mentalhealth and social service needs.QualificationsHigh schoolgraduate / GEDSTNA certification REQUIRED
