We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a State-Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) at The Laurels of Massillon. As an STNA, you will play a vital role in providing patient-centered care to our guests under the direction and supervision of a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse.
Key responsibilities include taking and recording vital signs, measuring and recording height and weight, intake and output, caring for the guests' environment, assisting with bathing, grooming, and toileting, and observing guests' skin when administering care and reporting changes to the licensed nurse. You will also have the opportunity to meet guests' mental health and social service needs.
