Job Description:
- Provide direct care to residents, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate resident care and services.
- Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for residents, including maintaining a clean and organized living space.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- A current LPN license in the state.
- 1-3 years of experience in long-term care or a related field.
