Job Summary:
">We are seeking a qualified LPN to join our skilled nursing team. As an LPN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our nursing home guests.
">Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, coordinate, and manage nursing care services and health education to nursing home guests. ">
- Supervise the care/services provided by CNAs/STNAs and other team members. ">
- Provide safe and accurate medication-related interventions to guests. ">
- Assess the health of guests and notify the physician of changes in status. ">
- Select and institute appropriate nursing interventions to stabilize a guest's condition and/or prevent complications. ">
Requirements:

- 1-3 years of experience in a long-term care setting preferred. ">
- Current LPN licensure in the state. ">
- CPR certification. ">
