Nursing Care Services
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will plan, coordinate, provide, and manage nursing care services and health education to our guests. Key responsibilities include:
- Supervising the care and services provided by Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA)/State-Tested Nursing Assistants (STNA) and other team members
- Providing safe and accurate medication-related interventions to our guests
- Assessing the health of our guests and notifying the physician of changes in status
- Selecting and implementing appropriate nursing interventions to stabilize a guest's condition and/or prevent complications
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- 1-3 years of experience in a long-term care setting
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure in the state
- CPR certification
