We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to lead our nursing team at The Laurels of Massillon. In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop and implement individualized plans of care, supervise the care and services provided by LPNs, STNAs, and other team members, and contribute to guest assessments (MDS/CAA's).
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have 1-3 years of experience in long-term care settings and a strong understanding of geriatric nursing principles and practices. A Bachelor's degree in Nursing is preferred.
