Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and provide nursing care services and health education to nursing home guests
- Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA)/State-Tested Nursing Assistants (STNA) and other team members
- Assess guest health and notify physicians of changes in status
- Select and institute appropriate nursing interventions to stabilize a guest's condition or prevent complications
Requirements
1-3 years of experience in long-term care preferred
