Job Responsibilities
As a Registered Nurse at The Laurels of Massillon, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, providing, and managing nursing care, services, and health education to nursing home guests. This includes supervising the care/services provided by LPNs, STNAs, and other team members, as well as assessing the health of guests and notifying physicians of changes in status.
You will also develop a plan of care based on assessment, implementing nursing care, and selecting and instituting appropriate nursing interventions to stabilize a guest's condition and/or prevent complications.
