Responsibilities
Provide compassionate and individualized care to our guests under the supervision of a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse.
- Take and record vital signs.
- Measure and record height and weight, intake and output.
- Ensure the cleanliness and safety of the guests' environment.
- Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, and toileting.
- Support the guests' nutritional needs through mealtime assistance.
- Monitor and report any changes in the guests' condition to the licensed nurse.
Requirements
- High school graduate/GED.
- Current STNA certification.
