About the Role
We are seeking an experienced LPN to join our team, responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing nursing care services and health education for our guests. You will supervise the care provided by CNAs/STNAs and contribute to the assessment and development of guest plans of care. Additionally, you will provide safe and accurate medication-related interventions, assess guest health, and notify physicians of changes in status. Your ability to prioritize tasks, work efficiently, and communicate effectively will be essential in this role.
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and manage nursing care services and health education for guests
- Supervise the care/services provided by CNAs/STNAs and other team members
- Provide safe and accurate medication-related interventions
- Assess the health of guests and notify physicians of changes in status
- Contribute to the assessment and development of guest plans of care
- Select and institute appropriate nursing interventions to stabilize a guest's condition or prevent complications
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in a long-term care setting preferred
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure in the state
- CPR certification
