Leadership Opportunity for Registered Nurses
The Laurels of Milford is seeking an experienced and skilled Registered Nurse to lead our nursing department and provide high-quality care to our residents.
This leadership role involves overseeing the daily operations of our nursing team, ensuring that all staff members are trained and equipped to deliver exceptional care.
The RN Unit Manager will be responsible for supervising nurses, reviewing procedures, and evaluating performance to ensure the highest standards of care are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, and certified nursing assistants
- Review and implement nursing procedures and systems to improve patient outcomes
- Evaluate guest responses to nursing interventions and make recommendations for improvement
- Administer medications and treatments as needed, in accordance with established protocols
Requirements:
- CURRENT STATE NURSING LICENSURE REQUIRED
- CURRENT CPR CERTIFICATION AND ADDITIONAL CERTIFICATION IN A NURSING SPECIALTY DESIRED
