Job Description
As a State-Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) at The Laurels of Mt. Vernon Careers, you will provide high-quality care to our guests under the direction and supervision of a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse. Your responsibilities will include:
- Caring for guests' environment
- Observing guests' skin when administering care and reporting changes to a licensed nurse; providing skin care as needed
- Meeting guests' mental health and social service needs
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have a high school graduate/GED and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should also be patient, empathetic, and genuinely desire to care for those in need.
