Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, providing, and managing nursing care, services, and health education to our guests. As an LPN, you will supervise the care/services provided by our team members and ensure the highest level of quality and safety.
- Develop a plan of care based on assessment and implementing nursing care.
- Select and institute appropriate nursing interventions to stabilize a guest's condition and/or prevent complications.
- Contribute to guest assessments (MDS/CAA's) and the development of a plan of care.
