As a supervisor, you'll oversee the care and services provided by our team members, ensuring that every resident receives the attention and support they deserve.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating nursing care to ensure residents receive appropriate staffing.
- Providing safe and accurate medication-related interventions.
- Assessing resident health and notifying physicians of changes in status.
- Developing plans of care based on assessments and implementing nursing interventions.
- Selecting and instituting appropriate nursing interventions to stabilize or prevent complications.
- Contributing to resident assessments and developing care plans.
