Your Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and manage nursing care services and health education for nursing home guests
- Supervise LPNs, CNAs/STNAs, and other team members who care for guests
- Assess guest health and notify physicians of changes in status
- Develop plans of care based on assessment and implement nursing interventions to stabilize or prevent complications
- Contribute to guest assessments (MDS/CAA)'s and develop plans of care
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in long-term care setting preferred
