Role Summary
We're seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at The Laurels of New London. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and providing high-quality nursing care to our guests. Your expertise will also involve supervising the care provided by other team members, assessing guest health, and collaborating with physicians to develop effective care plans.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan, coordinate, and provide high-quality nursing care to guests
* Supervise the care provided by other team members
* Assess guest health and collaborate with physicians to develop effective care plans
* Develop and implement individualized care plans
* Participate in MDS/CAA assessments and care planning processes
* Provide education and training to guests and their families
