">Career Opportunity: We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team as a leader in patient care. As a nurse leader, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and providing nursing care services to our guests. You will also supervise the care provided by LPNs, CNAs/STNAs, and other team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess the health needs of our guests and develop individualized care plans
- Provide safe and accurate medication-related interventions to our guests
- Supervise and direct the work of LPNs, CNAs/STNAs, and other team members
- Contribute to guest assessments (MDS/CAA's) and the development of a plan of care
Requirements:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state
- 1-3 years of experience in a long-term care setting preferred
- CPR certification
