We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at The Laurels of New London. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and providing high-quality nursing care to our guests. Your expertise will also involve supervising the care provided by other team members, assessing guest health, and collaborating with physicians to develop effective care plans.
Required Skills and Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in a long-term care setting preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Knowledge of MDS/CAA assessments and care planning processes
