- Supervise and evaluate the performance of registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, and other healthcare staff during night shifts
- Develop, implement, and review nursing procedures and systems to ensure high-quality care
- Assess guest needs, contribute to their care plans, and evaluate responses to interventions
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve departmental goals and objectives
Requirements:
- Current state nursing licensure required
- Current CPR certification and additional certifications in nursing specialties desired
- Management or supervisory experience in long-term care or geriatric nursing preferred
