As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our guests. Your leadership skills and nursing expertise will enable you to develop and implement personalized care plans, coordinate with interdisciplinary teams, and provide education to guests and their families.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the care provided by LPNs, CNAs/STNAs, and other team members.
- Assess the health status of guests and notify physicians of changes, promptly implementing new orders.
- Develop and implement care plans based on assessments, selecting and instituting appropriate nursing interventions to stabilize guests' conditions and prevent complications.
- Contribute to guest assessments (MDS/CAA's) and the development of care plans.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in long-term care settings preferred.
- Current Registered Nurse licensure in the state.
- CPR certification.
