Job Description
We are seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) to join our team. As an LPN, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and providing nursing care services to our guests. This includes supervising the care provided by certified nursing assistants (CNA)/state-tested nursing assistants (STNA) and other team members.
- Develop care plans that meet the unique needs of each guest.
- Provide safe and accurate medication-related interventions to guests.
- Notify the physician of changes in a guest's status and promptly implement new orders.
The LPN will also contribute to the guest's assessment (MDS/CAA's) and the development of a plan of care.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 1-3 years of experience in a long-term care setting preferred.
- Current licensed practical nurse (LPN) licensure in the state.
- CPR certification.
