Job Description
In this role, you will have the opportunity to leave a lasting impact on our guests under the direction and supervision of a registered nurse or a licensed practical nurse. Responsibilities include:
- Taking and recording vital signs.
- Measuring and recording height and weight, intake and output.
- Caring for the guests' environment.
- Assisting with bathing, grooming, and toileting.
- Assisting with eating and hydration.
- Observing guests' skin when administering care and reporting changes to licensed nurses; providing skin care as needed.
- Meeting guests' mental health and social service needs.
